Penza, 25 November 2014. PenzaNews. The authorities of the Penza region plan to cut down time limits required to obtain construction permissions.

The session of the Ministry of Construction and Urban Amenities reviewed the best examples in Russia, including practices used in Moscow and the Moscow region.

The discussion concluded in a decision to create a technical committee in every municipality of the Penza region that will increase the speed of gathering required information to plan for connecting the new buildings to city communication networks, as well as creation of a regional technical council that will publish the list of necessary documents for negotiating comstruction projects in the area by the Penza airport.

According to Alexander Prokhorov, deputy leader of the Regional Center of Construction State Expertise and Price Calculation in the Penza region, an average state expertise will take 43 days for apartment buildings.

The committee has directed the roadmap plan titled “Average time of construction permission procurement to the Ministry of Investment Development and Business of the Penza region. According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction and Urban Amenities of the Penza region, afterwards it will be directed to the regional government for approval procedure.
