“That’s how new Penza cathedral mosque will look soon,” he wrote in his Instagram account in a comment to a computer-generated image of the holy place on Thursday, November 27.

“Still accepting donations and hoping for your help very much. Big thanks to all who helped us greatly,” Zhigansha Tuktarov added.

As of now, the charity fund “Siyanie” has collected 28,919,545 rubles out of necessary 150,000,000, according to information published on its website.
