Penza, 27 November 2014. PenzaNews. Over 142,000 ha of land property is left abandoned in the Penza region, according to the data available in early November 2014.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture informed PenzaNews agency, 99,731 ha of land property have been converted into municipal ownership, and 56,568 ha more are currently in process in courts.

“After the necessary land registration procedures for the newly acquired municipal land property, the available area will be open for potential investment under the guidance of local government bodies,” the officials remarked.
