The guests visited the institution and attended a small performance by preschoolers.

“I would like to say this is not the only kindergarten that will open its doors this year. Overall, over 3 thousand kindergarten places will be created this year in the region. I would like to thank the builders who completed their contract in time,” Alexei Ryabov said.

In his turn, Victor Kuvaytsev expressed his gratitude to the teachers and nurses of the kindergarten for actively working on preparing their institution for children, and noted that the new building is very conveniently and significantly located by a Civil Registry Office.

“This makes the newlywed believe there are places where their little children can be taught,” he said.

The Penza mayor Yuri Krivov congratulated the audience with the event and expressed his hope that similar new institutions will continue to appear in this part of the city.

“We hope that budget climate and honesty of all employers and employees who pay taxes will allow us to create new kindergartens in this developing neighborhood in the oncoming years,” he stressed.

After the speeches, the high-ranking officials presented the head of the kindergarten Lyudmila Frolovnina and the builders special presents, along with flowers for the lady.

According to Lyudmila Frolovnina, the new kindergarten is designed for 145 children.

“It is very well equipped, all according to sanitary and safety regulations. Beautiful canteen, laundry, sports- and playgrounds. The groups have everything for teaching preschoolers and help them develop. All groups – five nursery-level and five preschool-level – are already full. The kindergarten helped reduce the queue in the neighborhood and thus completed a very important task. Thanks to it, we took all those who were waiting for a free kindergarten slot in ages 3-7,” she said.
