According to Vera Feygina, head of the city department of culture, during the preparation for the Great Victory 70th anniversary in additional education institutions, clubs and libraries combat leaflets will be made by children, parents and teachers.
“When we remember that our grandfathers and great-grandfathers fought, shed blood, and these photos and letters are seen by our children and grandchildren, it is quite a different thing. This is a living history of the country,” she noted, adding that this patriotic action has resonated among students and adults.
Vera Feygina explained that a combat leaflet will be placed in Penza department of culture. She will present three of her relatives in it — her grandfather through her husband, her grandmother and her brother.
As an honorary guest, the event will be attended by Tatiana Parusnikova, member of the Union of Russian Writers, secretary of Yalta branch of URW.
