Penza, 24 February 2015. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev instructed his subordinates to create a list of regional citizens living in poverty.

“We must form a list of the so-called poor people, those who live in poverty, design a program, reintroduce them into society. Each person must be assigned a set of steps that would lead them out of financial abyss regardless of their place of residence,” said the head of the region during a weekly meeting session of the regional government on Tuesday, February 24.

If there are not enough funds for the job, the authorities must ask commercial companies for help, he added.

“We must know these people,” stressed Vasily Bochkarev.

The governor also added that the working group on this issue must include representatives of all branches of the regional power, and led by the first deputy chairman of the regional government Alexei Ryabov and deputy chairman Valery Bespalov.

According to him, “each family in poverty must be dealt with” in two months.
