Penza perinatal center construction to be completed, handed over on time

Penza, 6 March 2015. PenzaNews. A perinatal center for 130 patients that is being built at the Burdenko Penza regional clinical hospital will open its doors on time, in 2016, the officials stated during an expanded meeting of the regional Ministries of Construction and Health.

The issues of construction roadmap, general and personal supervision were discussed on Thursday, March 5.
The construction works can be monitored online through webcams installed at the construction site, the officials stressed.
According to Alexander Kolesov, managing director and leader of the administrative department at “Rostekh,” the Penza region is one of the most problem free, because most urban planning issues were resolved in advance, says the press service of the regional government.
The perinatal center is being built within the program “Modernization of the Penza region healthcare in 2011-2016.”
The Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund has provided 2,061,600,000 rubles, and 515 million rubles was provided from the Penza region budget.
