The name of the candidate from the Liberal-Democratic Party of Russia for the post of the Penza region governor will be announced in May, according to the decision made during the regular meeting session of the Penza LDPR coordination council held on Saturday, March 7.

During the meeting, the council members discussed organizational issues, including approval of several new party members. However, the main topic of the day was the election program of the LDPR candidate for the gubernatorial elections that will take place in autumn of 2015.

The representatives of the executive body of the Penza region party branch presented the key points of the program and laid down the main positions the LDPR candidate will follow during the election campaign.
