Penza tests city-wide warning system, sounds alarms

Penza, 23 April 2015. PenzaNews. Alarm horns all over Penza city were briefly sounded during the alarm system test held in the region on Thursday, April 23.

The horn signal was accompanied by the citizen alarm broadcast “Attention All!” on all federal TV and radio channels.

The citizens were asked to stay calm and not be alarmed.

The technical check lasted for under three minutes.
