“Following the agreements with Bashkortostanskaya PPK, the trains will be departing from Penza-1 station on 19.15 instead of 20.38, and leave Pachelma at 15.05 instead of 15.08,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Industry informed PenzaNews agency.

They also added that the address to “Russian Railroads” about a possibility to provide a Penza–Rtischevo–Penza train resulted in several potential plans created together with PPK “Chernozemye.”

“As a result, the regional government agreed on a plan that included two bidirectional train routes that would depart from Penza at 8.45 and 19.20, and leave Rtischevo at 04.25 and 15.20 respectively. Unfortunately, despite several addresses sent to PPK ‘Chernozemye’ and the RZHD branch of the South-Eastern Railroad to amend the Penza–Rtischevo–Penza timetable, the service company is trying to delay the resolution through various means, abstains from signing the agreement, refuses to provide the routes, and deliberately enforces its timetable,” said the Ministry.

According to the press service, this situation resulted in additional requests sent to “Russian Railroads” and PPK “Chernozemye” to assist in resolving the Penza–Rtischevo–Penza trouble resolution.

“A similar request was addressed personally to Alexei Tsydenov, deputy Minister of Transportation of Russia, during the April 29 Moscow meeting with the Penza region government chairman Mikhail Kosoy and his deputy Valery Bespalov,” the Ministry added.
