Penza, 20 May 2015. PenzaNews. The region must take the necessary measures to increase the ratings of the Penza universities as soon as possible, said the governor Vasily Bochkarev during a large press conference held in the main hall of the regional government on Wednesday, May 20.

“We failed to keep the young people and work together with the principals to create all the conditions so that our [graduates] did not leave,” the head of the region added.

In his opinion, the publicity of higher education in Penza is an issue that requires a thoughtful approach and help of qualified professionals.

“We must create a dedicated group that is comprised of officials, experts, people from consulting companies, to increase the ratings of the universities,” Vasily Bockarev explained.

A good example for the Penza universities is the Tomsk State University, the governor added.
