Penza, 29 November 2015. PenzaNews. The State Security Service of Ukraine has declared Sergei Penkin, famous Penza-born Russian singer, persona non grata.

According to the federal media, the information was promptly sent to the Ukraininan Ministyr of Culture, as well as the International Center of Culture and Arts, more commonly known as the October Palace, where the artist was to hold his performance on December 12.

The reasons behind the entry ban for the artist are yet unknown.

Because of the decision, Sergei Penkin has also cancelled his December concerts in Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov and Odessa.
