Penza, 19 January 2016. PenzaNews. The traffic police officers in the Penza region have caught red-handed 10 people driving drunk over the past Monday, January 18.

“1,373 traffic laws violations were registered over the day, including 520 automatically. 89 traffic laws violations were committed by pedestrians,” the press service of the Penza region traffic police department informed PenzaNews agency.

They also pointed out that the police drafted 71 reports about traffic accidents that resulted in material damages. Nobody was injured in those accidents.
