Penza, 11 May 2016. PenzaNews. An assistant director of the Penza regional medicine college will be facing a criminal case on abusing her position in the organization.

“According to investigation, she demanded seven lecturers of the college to hand her a portion of their incentive payments – which varied from 2,000 to 3,000 rubles depending on the lecturer – between March 2013 and April 2016, which she planned to use as she saw fit,” Lyudmila Fomina, senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations, told PenzaNews.

Fearing any potential damage against them for disobedience, the college lecturers were forced to follow her instructions, Lyudmila Fomina clarified.

“The criminal case is currently being investigated. The police are gathering evidence to establish the full picture of the crime,” she added.
