Penza, 26 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Pervomaisky city area Civil Registry Office has registered the birth of the 500th child in the area on Wednesday, May 25.

The Civil Registry Office presented Ivan Talabaev and Victoria Talabaeva, parents of the newborn girl named Anastasia, with a special certificate.

The baby was born on Friday, May 20, the press service of the Penza region Civil Registry Department informed PenzaNews.

“There is a positive trend ongoing: the birth of the 500th child in 2015 was registered on June 2,” they pointed out.
