Penza, 4 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev urged the Urban Planning and Architecture Department to work harder and more responsibly to avoid any calls to doubt the professional level of the officials.

“Both citizens and professional architects often express complaints over the work of the local authorities in this field,” the mayor said during the city hall meeting on Friday, June 3.

As he explained, most of the complaints are related to uncontrolled frontage line construction.

“Our objective is to quickly register citizen requests, validate the construction permission documents and quickly rectify any violations by those who go against the construction legislation. We must act within the law, yet refrain from creating artificial delays in the work,” the city hall press service quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
