Penza, 4 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev expressed his dissatisfaction with the quality of asphalt repairs in the city.

“We must hold a meeting with the repair subcontractors as soon as possible, show them the work done yesterday, and explain to them that such poor quality of work is unacceptable. We must present our complaints on the quality of work before they are complete. The municipality must monitor the quality all the time,” the mayor said during the meeting session on Saturday, June 4.

The session was also dedicated to the preparation of Penza to Russia Day and City Day joint celebration.

The administration head instructed to pay particularly close attention to the condition of festivity locations.

“We are improving Moskovskaya street, the Fontannaya square, the public gardens involved in the festivities. Moreover, we must ensure that the lightning systems are working,” the city hall press service quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
