Penza, 26 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city mayor Victor Kuvaytsev has inspected the soon-to-be-built public garden next to the Olimpiyskaya alley on Sunday, June 26.

According to the city hall press service, the workers present on the site are currently outlining and improving the location by uprooting old stumps and evening out the land.

Reportedly, the public garden due to open in the current year will feature a sports ground and a children’s playground.

“The Olimpiyskaya alley always was a favorite place for sports and recreation among the citizens, particularly thanks to the woods and fresh forest air. We must plan the public garden in a way that it would attract even more people there to spend their free time in a healthy manner,” Victor Kuvaytsev shared his impressions.
