Penza, 27 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region traffic police department identified 87 drivers who were behind the wheel drunk during June 24-26, the press service of the regional traffic police department informed PenzaNews.

“17 of them were spotted thanks to citizens’ reports,” they clarified.

Driving under influence without any additional aggravating criminal charges will result in a fine of 30,000 rubles with a driving ban for 18 to 24 months, the traffic police reminded.
