Penza, 6 July 2016. PenzaNews. The Civil Registry Office of the Oktyabrsky Penza city area has officially registered the birth of the 1,500th child in the city area since the beginning of 2016 on Wednesday, July 6.

According to the website of the regional Civil Registry Office, the baby girl, Varvara, is the first child born to the family of Svyatoslav Suvorov and Larisa Suvorova.

The Civil Registry Office staff presented the birth certificate to the parents in an official ceremony, and wished them to be patient, just and wise to their child.
