Penza, 23 July 2016. PenzaNews. A resident of the Penza region was sentenced to a fine in the amount of 20 thousand rubles for weeds on the rented land plot in the Kuznetsky area.

“As a result of the inspection of the agricultural land plot in area of 90.2 hectares, it was established that the land plot was overgrown with grassy weeds and in some places with wood-shrub vegetation,” the public relations officer of the Rosselkhoznadzor department in Mordovia and the Penza region Larisa Yakushkina told the news agency PenzaNews. 

She added that the decision was not appealed in due process of law and entered into force.
