“Pupils, parents with children, and grown-ups will be able to spend their free time here,” he said.

As the press service of the city administration reported to the news agency PenzaNews, as of today the first phase of the project is almost finished – construction of the open multi-purpose athletic field in area of 778.5 square meters.

“In addition, there will be an outdoor tennis court, playgrounds for badminton and table tennis. Places for street exercise machines and playgrounds for pre-school and primary school children will also be designated,” the administration added.
