Penza, 24 July 2016. PenzaNews. The head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev instructed the director of the traffic management organization Oleg Volodin to find out on what grounds the traffic light near the petrol station on Austina street was installed.

“The object is located in the city street and road network. The traffic light does not work and misleads drivers,” the mayor said during the working visit on Sunday, July 24.

He noted that the city administration did not receive any applications on installation of this traffic light, the press service of the mayor’s office says.
