During the raid, the officials warned the people about the rules on waters and urged them to watch their children carefully and avoid swimming when under the weather, checked legal documents for boat owners, and reminded them of the rules on water.

“Be extremely careful and cautious when on waters, watch your children, and avoid swimming too far away,” Sergei Kozlov told the people.

Also, they explained that swimming bans in a number of places are introduced for a reason – mostly due to flotsam and underwater trash dangerous to life.

Right now, there are only 11 legal beaches in the Penza region.

The locations in the Serdobsk area are next to “Solnechnaya Polyana” and “Chayka” children summer camps, and next to “Vdokhnovenie” summer camp.

The only supported beach in the Kamenka area is next to “Belaya Gora” resort.

Zarechny has two resorts – “Lesnaya” and “Solnechnaya.”

The Penza area has only three official and legal beaches – next to “Vladimir” agricultural cooperative, in “Berezovaya Roscha” health resort, and in Sputnik City.

Also, people are allowed to swim next to “Chistye Prudy” in the Mokshan area and in the Shilovsky pond in the Narovchat area, says the press service of the Penza region EMERCOM department.
