Thank you for creating coziness and comfort in Penza, which are the basis of the quality of life for our citizens,” the mayor said.

He added that all the most important elements of urban infrastructure are the result of everyday builders’ labor.

“With your hands, the new district Zarya is being constructed in the shortest possible time. It welcomes new residents every day,” Victor Kuvaytsev noted.

He expressed special gratitude to the veterans of the construction industry, invaluable experience which is of great help for the prosperity of Penza.

“Wish you great production success, new professional heights for the benefit of our beloved city,” the mayor of Penza said.
