Penza, 17 August 2016. PenzaNews. The penalty of a fine of 100 thousand rubles was appointed to a woman who was found guilty of false accusation of rape by Vadinsky area court of the Penza region.

“Having been warned about criminal responsibility, she deliberately stated in the police that she was raped by two local residents. Thus, the woman interfered with the normal activity of judicial bodies, as well as broke the legitimate rights and interests of men, who were accused of a serious crime,” the spokesman of Vadinsky area court told PenzaNews.

He said that the woman fully admitted her guilt.

“The verdict has come into legal force,” he added.
