As part of the ceremony, Mayor Victor Kuvaytsev stressed that such events contribute to the unification of residents of the neighborhood.

“We see a lot of children here today, and it is always like this. This suggests that we are on the right track. Penza has many green areas, which could be arranged in the same manner. We need to develop the existing sites. With good care, they will always be in demand,” he said.

The guests of the festival are welcome to visit an exhibition of creative works by “Garmonia” Children's Art School, a master class in stucco figure painting, confectionary buffet, trampoline and horseback riding.

During the event the Municipal Brass Orchestra under the direction of the honored art worker of the RSFSR Anatoly Naberezhny performed for the visitors, the press service of the City Hall informs.
