Penza student granted 300 thousand rubles to record interviews with champions

Penza, 29 August 2016. PenzaNews. Student of Penza State University Alexander Zosimov received a grant of 300 thousand rubles in “Young teachers of journalism departments, young journalists” at forum “Territory of Meanings on Klyazma,” which was held in the Vladimir region.

His project is called “Olympic media-motivator.” Within six months the author plans to record video interviews with 20 champions of traditional and adaptive sports.

According to Alexander Zosimov, for many young people, including those with disabilities, the project will be a starting point in sports.

“Two natives of Penza participated in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, and we very much hope that we will be able to record an interview with them. But so far we are in contact with twenty champions and winners of international competitions, nine of them are paraathletes,” the grant winner said.

In total, during the forum “Territory of Meanings on Klyazma” 28 projects were successfully presented. They were recommended for grants in the amount of 100, 200 and 300 thousand rubles. The total amount of grants made 6.4 million rubles, the press service of the regional Ministry of Education iforms.
