Penza karate fighters earn Greece World Championship gold, silver

Penza, 26 March 2015. PenzaNews. Students of the Penza karate club “Edo” took the top places at the World Kyokushin Championship in Thessaloniki, Greece.

“Alexander Grachev has won, and Nikita Bezmaternykh has earned silver,” the press service of the regional sports committee informed PenzaNews agency.

The speakers also reminded that last November Alexander Grachev had won the men’s European Championship in Bulgaria.

“No other Penza Kyokushin fighters has conquered the European and international pedestal before,” the regional sports committee stated.
