Court received Alexander Rossa’s fraud case
Penza, 20 January 2015. PenzaNews. The Leninsky area court of Penza city has received the case on fraud allegedly undertaken by the Penza businessman Alexander Rossa.

The case was assigned to the judge Lyudmila Zhuravleva.
The case is currently under review, with no hearing date available.
As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the director of LLC SPB “Penza ritual company” Alexander Rossa was arrested on charge of fraud committed by a group of persons in autumn of 2013.
According to the investigators, in the period from 2011 to 2012 the law breakers set up fly-by-night companies and placed advertisement on the Internet about constructional materials’ sale – plywood, laminboard, fiber building board – at prices lower than those of the producers. Along with that the group members signed contracts only with companies from other cities, and the compulsory condition was 100% advance payment for the goods. Having received the money, the fraudsters did not perform the contract obligations.
The damage from the malicious acts amounted to 15 million rubles.
Conducting special investigation activities, the police established involvement of several persons in the crime, including the director of the ritual services company.
In October 2014, the head of information and public relations of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Olga Evdokimova said the investigation has been completed and the defendant is currently researching the investigation materials in custody.
