Penza, 16 March 2016. PenzaNews. The tragic petrol tanker incident on Austrina street in Penza which took place in the afternoon of Wednesday, March 16, reportedly leaving one man dead, has occurred during maintenance repairs, one of the bystanders close to the incident cite told PenzaNews.

According to him, there was no fire as the petrol tanker was empty, and many people took the bang that occurred due to the incident for the sound of a full-fledged explosion.

“The law enforcement has gathered at the incident site right now. They are questioning those who happened to be close to the ill-fated petrol tanker,” the bystander said.
