Penza, 10 March 2022. PenzaNews. Damate Group will bring 2.2 thousand hectares of arable lands back to agricultural circulation in the Penza region in 2022. This is stated in a message by the company’s press service.

“Investments will amount to 85 million roubles. The need to increase the area of land in circulation is due to the expansion of the capacity of the Damate project for the production of turkey meat to 207 thousand tons in slaughter weight per year,” the text explains.
It also notes that the work on putting land into circulation will cover almost all areas of the company’s presence.
“It is planned that the Mokshansky area will become the leader in terms of the volume of land put into circulation. Here, Damate specialists will uproot tree vegetation on an area of 1,376 hectares. This year, 364 hectares of land will be put into circulation in the Nizhnelomovsky area, 337 hectares in the Spassky area, 72 hectares and 24 hectares in the Vadinsky and Pachelmsky areas, respectively,” the press release says.
