Penza, 15 March 2022. PenzaNews. Bridge of Friendship action took place in Penza on the eve of the eighth anniversary of the national referendum in Crimea and Sevastopol, which resulted in the signing of an agreement on the admitting of two new constituent entities to Russia on March 18 in Moscow.

About 300 people, holding Russian tricolors in their hands, lined up on both sides of the Friendship Bridge, which is also known as Podvesnoy (Suspension) Bridge.

Then they went to meet each other and together chanted “Russia!”

Students of two cadet schools of Penza, activists of youth and veteran organizations, representatives of student and search parties, federation of trade unions and other associations took part in the action, the press service of the Ministry of Education of the region reports.
