Governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko stated this during a meeting in the government of the region, held via videoconference on Wednesday, February 16.

“It is necessary to make it the personal responsibility of the heads. We will make ratings of the number of fires – primarily with loss of life. This will be an indicator of preventive work in the territories,” he said.
