Penza, 30 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region authorities are currently working on a law draft to create a list of municipalities where citizens can get land for a subsidiary farm or cattle farming free of charge for a term of 6 years of less.

The document is drafted by the Penza region State Property Department and the regional Ministry of Agriculture.

According to the project, if the citizen who received the land plot used it in accordance with its purpose within 5 years, he or she may be given the landplot as property for free, the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture informed PenzaNews agency.

“Currently, local authorities already proposed to include 75 regional municipalities in the list,” they added.
