Fruits and berries processing factory maintenance issues discussed in Penza region

Penza, 5 January 2016. PenzaNews. Andrei Kudinov, acting head of the Penza region State Property Department, held a meeting with representatives of “Sadovod” company, which earlier announced the plans to construct a fruits and berries processing factory in the region, to discuss the factory’s maintenance issues. The meeting took place on Tuesday, January 5.

“Together with the company’s engineers and technicians, we inspected the equipment owned by the Penza region that the company seeks to buy, as the director of ‘Sadovod’ Sergei Bogomolov told the governor Ivan Belozertsev during their meeting on 17 December 2015,” the Penza region State Property Department commented for PenzaNews agency.
The parties also discussed the equipment commissioning and testing issues, the officials added.
As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev offered the director of “Sadovod” Sergei Bogomolov during the 17 December 2015 talks to review a potential to set up the production facility in the Kuznetsk area as a public-private partnership.
According to the head of the region, the aforementioned location will allow maximum coverage that grow fruits and berries in the Penza region, as well as Ulyanovsk and Samara regions.
In turn, the prospective investor expressed the interest in procuring certain machinery currently owned by the region.
The meeting concluded with a cooperation agreement. The investment offer implementation project is expected to be drafted in early 2016.
