Penza, 22 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Russian Ministry of Agriculture screened a series projects to support the agricultural production complex of the Penza region for subsidies from the federal budget in 2016.

The funding will be provided to support entry-level farmers; assist the development of family cattle farms; and provide grants for agricultural consumer cooperatives to develop their infrastructure, the press service of the Penza region Agriculture Ministry informed PenzaNews agency.

Overall, the Russian Agriculture Ministry approved a total of 79, 74 and 42 projects in each of the three aforementioned areas respectively.
