Penza bee-keepers to exchange experience

Penza, 17 February 2016. PenzaNews. A teaching seminar dedicated to increasing the effectiveness in bee-keeping within the Penza region will be held on Thursday, February 18.

The event, hosted at the Penza State Agricultural Academy, will serve as the platform to discuss the questions related to selection and breeding of bees, issues of artificial insemination, and eco-friendly ways to combat varroatosis.
Moreover, representatives of the regional Veterinarian Department will tell the visitors about the episootic situation in the Penza region in relation to bee-keeping, and about the veterinary service of apiaries.
In addition, agroproducers will take part in a series of lectures organized by staff members of the PSAA faculty “Animal Biology And Veterinary,” “NII Pchelovodstva,” companies “Apiosfera-M,” “Apex+,” “Pchelovod,” and the Penza Society of Beekeepers, says the press service of the regional Agriculture Ministry.
