According to the document, a copy of which was received by PenzaNews, the quarantine is replaced by a zone of limitations in the two penal colonies and in the Zheleznodorozhny area of Penza city. Its outlines are: on the west – along the right Sura river embankment, from the Zlobina street bridge to the M5 “Ural” highway intersection; on the north – along the right edge of the M5 highway until the Rosneft gas station No. 99; on the east – from the gas station to the administrative border of Zarechny; on the south – from the Antonova-Izmaylova street intersection to the Zlobina street bridge.
For a total of 6 months after the end of the quarantine, the following restrictions will be effective in the outlined zone: transportation of pigs, products and raw materials extracted from pigs, pig carcasses, meat and organs, outside of the zone; sales of live pigs on Penza markets; reception of post packages with products and raw materials produced from animals.
In addition, companies and institutions will not be able to create adjacent pig farms, while the penal colonies No. 4 and No. 8 will be equipped with mobile veterinary-police control posts on approaching roads.
