Penza, 8 August 2016. PenzaNews. 800 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops are threshed in the Penza region.

According to agronomical regional services, in the Penza region harvesting is 34% complete.

Average productivity in the region amounted to 33 quintals per hectare, and the highest is marked out in Bekovsky area — 45 quintals per hectare, in Bashmakovsky area — 41, and in Belinsky area — 40.

Among the farms of the Penza region the highest productivity of grain and leguminous crops is observed in CJSC Petrovsky Khleb of Penzensky area — 61 quintals per hectare, where they threshed 21,1 thousand tons of grain.

Productivity of 59 quintals per hectare is registered in CJSC Bashmakovsky Khleb of Bashmakovsky area with 13 thousand tons of grain threshed.

In LLC Pachelmsky Khozyaistvo of Bashmakovsky area, in Dimitrov association of Belinsky area and in LLC Vertunovskoye of Bekovsky area, average productivity amounted to 58 quintals per hectare, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region reports.
