Penza, 17 November 2016. PenzaNews. The launch of the vegetable sorting and packaging line took place on Wednesday, November 16, in the logistic centre of the “Bashmakovsky Khleb” company located in the village of Shiryaevo in the Belinsky area of the Penza region.

Productivity of the Holland line, which cost more than 20 million rubles, reaches 12.5 tons per hour. It has an onion tops remover, an elevator, scales, packaging machines and transporters.

The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev congratulated the team on the launch of the new line and noted that the logistic centre is very important for agrarians of the Belinsky area and for agrarians of neighbouring municipal settlements.

“In future the centre will be able to receive products for storage and processing from other enterprises and farms; it will be a good stimulus for their development,” the press service of the Penza region government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.

CJSC “Bashmakovsky Khleb” has been cultivating potatoes and vegetables – cabbage, carrots, onions – in the Belinsky area since the 2013 year. Currently, the logistic centre on products storage and realization operates in the village of Shiryaevo; it has six potato storages of 18,000 tons total capacity, and a technical gallery.

The investments in the project realization is about 700 million rubles.
