Penza, 28 November 2016. PenzaNews. Agricultural goods producers of the Penza region should use irrigation systems in their work more actively. Such opinion was expressed by the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the action meeting in the regional government on Monday, November 28.

“It is important to irrigate fields. There are leading organizations in the neighbouring regions […] that invest money in field irrigation systems and get good results irrespectively of weather,” the head of the region noted.

He added that regional landowners should make use of positive experience in this area.
