25,000 rubles fine imposed on director for failure to pay over 1 million rubles of salary

Penza, 20 January 2017. PenzaNews. A criminal law measure in the form of a court fine equal to 25,000 rubles was imposed on the director of the agricultural enterprise "Bikmurzinskoye" operating in the Neverkinsky area of the Penza region.

"The investigation and the court established the fact that since January 2014 till December 2015 the director did not pay salary to 59 workers of the total amount of 1 million 100 thousand rubles. Having outstanding obligations, the director purchased agricultural machinery and a car, which he used for personal purposes," the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina told PenzaNews.

According to her, as the director was suspected of having committed a crime of average gravity and fully admitted his guilt, and as during the investigation process he fully compensated the caused damage, he was absolved of criminal liability by court and the case against him was closed.

According to the information of the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities, the director of the LLC "Bikmurzinskoye" located in in the Neverkinsky area of the Penza region is Mikhail Danilov.
