Penza, 16 May 2018. PenzaNews. Damate Group, whose production facilities are located in the Penza and Tyumen regions, has launched a project designed to help to form a personnel reserve of talented school pupils and students.

It will allow establishing a systematic work with potential future employees at the age from 6 to 20 years.

The participants of the project called "New Damate Generation" will be asked to perform tasks of different level of complexity. When analysing the results the expert commission will take into consideration the originality of the approach to solving a particular problem.

Interaction with mentors is planned to be established through social networks and specialized internal training portal.

"Due to rapid growth of the company we create more than 800 jobs a year, so interaction with the new generation, formation of a personnel reserve becomes our priority," deputy HR director of Damate Group Polina Konnova said.

She explained that the holding aimed to establish creative, innovative environment and to motivate young people to tackle specific challenges modern agriculture faced.

As it was reported by the company's press service, the first educational institution where the new project had been launched was Penza State Agricultural University.

Teachers and over 250 1-3 year students of the faculties of agriculture, technology and engineering participated in the opening event held on May 16.

Young people registered on the training portal and were given tasks. They have five days to go through the first level, then specialists will determine winners in each sphere, who will receive prize money.

Students who will demonstrate creative thinking will be offered various formats of interaction with Damate. The best of them will get an opportunity to participate in solving project tasks together with the company, to do an internship at the premises of the holding and to write a thesis based on it.

The recent graduates, who will make themselves known during the project, will be offered a job.
