Penza, 18 July 2020. PenzaNews. 14.1 million roubles will be allocated to Penza region from the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation to stimulate the production of oilseeds, including 13.9 million roubles from the federal budget. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.

“The government of Penza region and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia have concluded an agreement on the provision of support within the framework of the Export of Agricultural Products federal project,” the department explained.

The press service noted that only 39 regions with which such agreements had been signed already received 3.3 billion roubles to stimulate the increase in the production of rapeseed and soybean.

The ministry specified that the support of export-oriented elevators and accreditations of veterinary laboratories are planned, in particular, to ensure that they issue necessary documentation when shipping agricultural products for export.
