Penza region exports agricultural products worth $38.2 million in five months

Penza, 20 June 2021. PenzaNews. Agricultural products worth $38.2 million were exported from Penza region in January-May 2021. This is evidenced by data posted on the website of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.

According to the ministry, meat and edible meat by-products accounted for a significant share of the total volume, worth $15.3 million; cocoa and cocoa products accounted for a significant share, too, worth $7 million.

In addition, Penza region exported sunflower oil worth $3.1 million, mineral water with added sugar worth $2.4 million, sugar and confectionery – $1.7 million, as well as beet pulp – $1.2 million.
