Penza, 2 February 2022. PenzaNews. An application from the Penza region, which provides for the implementation of projects for the integrated development of rural areas within the framework of the departmental target program Modern Image of Rural Areas, was sent to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. This follows from a message of the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.

“The application included projects for the development of the Nizhnelomovsky rural agglomeration and the Zasechny village council of the Penza district of the Penza region,” the text specifies.

It adds that the construction and reconstruction of social and engineering infrastructure facilities are planned in these areas.
