Penza, 22 February 2016. PenzaNews. The police accused a manager of an entertainment center on Nasosnaya street in Penza of stealing a mobile phone from a handbag forgotten by a client in the karaoke-bar, based on available evidence.

The employee in question has a criminal record, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“He was questioned and confessed to the crime. A criminal case on theft has been initiated,” the police said.
