Penza, 8 March 2016. PenzaNews. The police accused an 18-year-old citizen of Lunino village of committing a series of food thefts at the Penza bus station.

“Late at night, the culprit deformed the entry door and stole food and money – 2,280 rubles – from the metal counter belonging to a businessman. A similar theft occurred several days later: late at night, the culprit broke a padlock of an outdoors fridge and stole foodstuffs worth over 1,000 rubles,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The suspect already has a criminal record, they pointed out.

“He confessed to the crime. A criminal case on theft has been initiated,” the police said.
