Penza, 12 March 2016. PenzaNews. The police have arrested a Penza woman, 36, who is accused of stealing over 13,000 rubles worth of foodstuffs from a shopping center on Stroiteley prospekt.

“She was brought to the police office. The stolen goods were seized,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The suspect already has a criminal record, they pointed out.

“The theft case is currently being investigated,” the police said.

The exact list of the foodstuffs stolen by the culprit is not known.
